Returns Policy

 

We have a 14-day from date of purchase returns policy on ready made items. If an item is returned within this period you are eligible for a full refund. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Return postage is covered by the customer.

 

There is a no return policy on made to order items. If you have a problem with your order please contact us so a solution can be reached.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged and unused in anyway. The item must be in it's original packaging with all corner protection in place.
