These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on the Lisa Richards Art website and offline orders placed directly with Lisa Richards of Lisa Richards Art. By placing an order with Lisa you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Artwork Casts
Every cast is handmade and as such imperfections in the surface and detail of each cast are part of its individuality and appeal. Whilst Every care has been taken to ensure all measurements, appearance and descriptions are correct there may be small variations in thickness of tiles due to each one being hand cast. Due to limitations of photographic and web processes there may be some slight variation in the colour of goods shown on the website and we can also not be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.
Orders made via the website www.Lisarichards-art.com will be processed with card payments securely through WixPayments.
www.Lisarichards-art will only hold information relevant to your enquiry or purchase such as contact and postal address details in order to fulfil your order. We will never pass your details on to any third party without your permission. We do not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your card details on to anyone.
If you prefer we accept payment by bank transfer and by cheque. Please contact us to discuss placing an offline order. Goods in stock will be despatched once payment has cleared. For bespoke items and/or items on pre-order, payment is required in advance to confirm your order. Commissioned casts require a deposit of 50% with the balance due on delivery.
Most items for sale on the website are one off original works of art and as such are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. If, however, an item is sold prior to you ordering we will notify you immediately. Should a reproduction item be out of stock there may be delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately.
RIGHTS TO CASTS AND IMAGES
All casts, images, and graphics are the sole property of Lisa Richards and may not be used by any third party without written permission. Copying or reproducing artwork created by Lisa Richards is strictly prohibited without written permission from the artist.
Lisa Richards retains all rights to all artwork until it has been purchased by a private or public collector at which time the collector receives the right to display the artwork in their home or business or other rights as defined by a contract signed by all necessary parties.
Lisa Richards retains all rights to the images of all artwork including the rights to the image of sold or commissioned original artworks unless otherwise defined by contract.
Lisa Richards retains the right to make reproductions of artworks listed as being available for hand made reproduction by Lisa Richards, unless the item has been commissioned as a one off or the item is sold as such.
Any image of an interior which includes the artwork in a 3rd party publication (such as social media, magazine, or book) must come with attribution (artwork title, artists name). All other uses must be agreed to in advance in writing.
