Weddings
When flowers have played such a pivotal part in your special day, why not have a selection of blooms and foliage preserved as a beautiful, timeless reminder of your wedding.

I can take a section of stems from your bouquet, the table arrangements or even use flowers which remind you of your venue or time of year and cast them in plaster.

Each casting is original and unique, made from a very hard, fine casting plaster which captures every minute detail like a fossil.

Most of my casts are left natural white plaster but you can choose to have them pigmented in a colour of your choice, or they can be hand painted for an additional fee. I offer bespoke sizes and shapes and your tile can be framed if you wish. The casting will not change colour or deteriorate over time and so, is suitable to be placed in any position. All casts have wall hangings or they can be propped on a shelf or stand.

The flowers
I can use your actual flowers or if that is not possible for any reason, source identical flowers. It is important to know that not all blooms work as very soft petals such as roses and peonies can’t be pressed into the firm clay to make a clear impression. If you have a rose or peony only bouquet you may have table decorations with suitable foliage and additional flowers which will work.
The flowers have to be fresh and ideally I need to have them within 72 hours of the wedding to get the best impression before they deteriorate. For this reason, if I am already booked or you have already had your wedding and wish you had your flowers preserved in this way, I can source identical flowers so that it is not time restricted. I will need around 20 stems depending on the size of the tile you have chosen.
Favours and Wedding Party gifts
I also offer small 7- 10cm casts as wedding favours, also ideal for bridesmaid gifts.
These can be made ahead of your wedding using sourced flowers that you will have on your day. Tiles can also be made for family and friends either as gifts or as their own commissions.
Please contact me to chat over your individual requirements.

Wedding Commissions
Steph and Leigh
I was delighted to be asked to preserve these gorgeous wedding flowers for Steph and Leigh as a personal and unique memory of their special day.
They asked for this landscape composition which shows off the individual larger blooms beautifully.
This cast measures 60 x 30 cm
Rebekah and Andrew
This tile was commissioned by Rebekah and Andrew to preserve the flowers which played such an important part in their Wedding day celebrations.
The flowers were so plentiful and so varied in size and structure with so many textures, I was spoilt for choice, thank goodness I was making 3 tiles!

They also had these 2 smaller tiles made as gifts for their mums. Lasting mementos of such a special day.
Chris and Anna
Chris and Anna had decorated their venue with flowers picked from friends and families gardens. This was so personal and provoked such strong emotions and so their tile was cast from a selection of stems I had permission to take in the evening from the little coloured vases full of beautiful wild and garden flowers dotted all around their barn venue. When they saw their tile for the first time they were instantly reminded of where the individual flowers and leaves came from. Very unique and personal memories captured to treasure and a pleasure to create.
Eleanor and Elliott
Eleanor and Elliot commissioned a set of 10 mini tiles to be created from her stunning bouquet. The tiles range from 5 - 7 cm square and each one highlights an individual bloom or leaf. It was lovely to create this bespoke collection. I am looking forward to seeing how Eleanor has displayed them. Yes that is a perfect heart shaped eucalyptus leaf which, of course, I had to include!
