Shipping Policy
All items are packed securely in sturdy layered corrugated card.
Smaller orders are posted using Royal Mail delivery. Larger/heavier orders are posted using the most appropriate courier delivery service.
Postage:
Small Plaques postage £4.45
Medium Plaques postage 0g-2kg = £6 2kg-5kg = £8 – 10
For very large casts we will obtain exact postal quotes for delivery of your order. We will inform you of the charge and this will be added to your order.
If you are interested in placing a large order for multiple items please contact us so we can combine shipping to find the most cost effective option for you.
I aim to dispatch in stock items within 3 working days.
Occasionally there may be delays if work is still in the drying stage or if framing has been requested. You will be informed immediately and given a lead time if this applies.
If you are concerned about any postal strike announcements, please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange alternative delivery options.
If you are outside of the UK and would like to purchase one of my products. Please get in touch. If the postal services allow for my items to be posted to your location I will find the most cost effective delivery for you.
Collection
You are most welcome to collect your delivery from my Devon Studio.
A time will need to be arranged as I also teach and so not always there.
It may also be possible for me to make local delivery of large items.
